What to include
If you are writing about a particular page, it helps to include the full web address of that page and, where it matters, a quotation of the passage you are referring to. If you are reporting something that appears to be out of date, say what you believe the current position to be and, if you can, where that information comes from. For a reuse or permissions enquiry, describe what you want to reproduce and where it would appear. Messages that set out the specifics are easier to deal with than general ones.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help with disputes about an account at a gambling operator — those go to the operator and, failing that, to its regulator. This covers withdrawals that have not arrived, balances that have been adjusted or removed, verification and documentation requests, bonus terms that have been applied in a way you disagree with, closed or suspended accounts, and self-exclusion that has not been honoured. sdgyl.org is not a party to any agreement between you and an operator, holds no records of your account, and has no power to intervene in, overturn or mediate such a matter. Raise it first through the operator’s own complaints route, and if that does not resolve it, take it to the regulator that licensed the operator.
We also cannot give legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and nothing sent to or received from the addresses above should be treated as advice of that kind.
Other pages
Before writing, you may find that our published pages already cover the point. Our editorial approach, sourcing and corrections practice are described elsewhere on the site, as is how we handle personal information.
